Your workspace moves to the Free tier automatically. No card on file means no surprise charges. You keep all your data and can upgrade whenever you’re ready.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days; after that the plan runs until renewal.
It’s yours. Export everything as ABDM FHIR records, CSV, or PDF. We hold a 90-day grace copy for accidental cancellations, then permanently delete on request.
Yes. We integrate as both a Health Record Provider (HRP) and Health Information User (HIU). Patients link ABHA in two clicks; every consent is logged and revocable.
All clinical data lives in Mumbai (ap-south-1). Backups stay in India. Video traffic on our self-hosted LiveKit infrastructure stays in India end-to-end. Fully DPDP Act-compliant.
AI features are on our roadmap, not in V1. Once they ship: Solo will include 30 AI SOAP notes/month, with additional notes drawing from a top-up wallet at ₹3/note. Ambient scribing will draw from the wallet at ₹15/session. Auto-recharge will be strictly opt-in (never on by default) with a hard monthly cap you can set.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don’t lose features mid-cycle.
No. Setup, basic data migration from existing tools (Practo Ray, paper records, Excel sheets), and ABDM onboarding are included on every paid plan.
