Building modern healthcare infrastructure for India

Indian healthcare runs on paper and Excel, and the clinics that try to modernise end up with generic Western EHRs that don't understand ENT charts, dental odontograms, or the way an Indian paediatrician actually triages a fever. We're building Clinvo because every specialty deserves a system built around it. Not a configurable form library. Specialty-native workflows, on day one, with the ABDM compliance and clinical safety guardrails the regulator actually requires.

Clinvo is one platform with three surfaces. Clinics use the practice portal to run their day: queue, prescriptions, consultations, billing. Patients use the patient portal to manage their records and book appointments. Doctors get a professional public profile (the part of clinvo.health you're on right now) that is part of how patients discover them via Google and our marketplace. Under the hood, everything is built on the same async FastAPI + Postgres stack with pgvector for clinical retrieval, Celery for background work, and a single source-of-truth audit log. We deploy on Indian infrastructure (AWS Mumbai, with R2 for object storage). Patient data does not leave India unless a patient has explicitly consented to cross-border AI inference.
